Ms. Crawford’s Remarkable Rehabilitation Journey

Ms.Crawford admitted to our facility for a short-term rehabilitation stay after being hospitalized at Baylor Grapevine in June 2023. Although she had made great progress at the hospital, she chose to come to the Bear Creek Nursing and Rehab with the encouragement of her devoted daughters. She stayed for 10 days and participated in Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Using the Berg Balance methodology to measure balance and safety progress, Ms. Berg nearly doubled her initial scores and discharged home successfully! She was a pleasure to serve and to observe how her hard work and determination produced great results and a safer discharge home.
